Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate sound knowledge and experience with providing remote systems management services, within complex environments, working to a formal ITIL based framework to committed Service levels and quality standards.
2. Have experience of working to overseas customers, will demonstrate an ability to work well without close supervision, and to be an effective member of a professional team.

Requirements:

Proven experience in providing systems management and support for ‘WINTEL’ technologies, including;-

1. Windows OS – most recent release and N-2 releases
2. Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, Skype for Business
3. VMware ESX & HyperV
4. Citrix
5. Back-up technologies – various
6. PowerShell
7. Use of SCOM, SCCM (and other orchestration apps)
8. AZURE and AWS (IaaS and PaaS)
9. Good experience of working to ITIL process and SLAs
10. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
11. Demonstrable knowledge of good systems monitoring practices
12. Demonstrable use of PowerShell
13. Excellent written and spoken English skills, and be able to communicate effectively internally and with customers.
