Requirements:

1. Recent university graduates (minimum 2nd class upper) with recognized Degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System Security, Telecommunications or equivalent or experienced software developer with 1-2 years of work experience.
2. Passionate in software development, highly motivated, ambitious with an emphasis on critical thinking and competitiveness.
3. A team player. Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional problem solving, analytical and outcome focused.
4. Strong analytical and presentation skills. Good English Communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Candidates who can speak in Mandarin and/or Cantonese are encouraged to apply.

Successful candidates will be trained in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This is an emerging form of Process Automation, on the notion of software robots or artificial intelligence (AI). The company will provide concentrated training and a BP implementation sprint. You will develop a broad-range of skills and knowledge technological, process and business.

During the program, you will be exposed to a variety of roles and be involved in a range of different projects which you will support and manage.
