Vacancy with a multinational IT consulting company in KL. Location accessible via public transportation.

Responsibilities:
1. Understand the scope/requirement of the project/product/release.

2. Design test strategy based on scope/requirement procured.

3. Develop/prepare test data and test cases/scripts in both manual and automated way.

4. Execute test cases, analyze output, identify discrepancies and report defects with precise information.

5. Retest defects which are fixed and perform regression test for code changes.

6. Promote QA in team.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.

2. Knowledge of software testing approach and experience with software automation testing tool.

3. Willingness to learn, a can-do attitude, and motivation to succeed and grow.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
5. Desired:

– Agile/Scrum methodology
– Knowledge on database technologies (e.g. Microsoft SQL server)
– QA related certifications.
– Worked with remote team.
