Ideal candidate:
1. Net developer (Azure experienced is a definite advantage) that has honed their technical and delivery capabilities over some internal and/or mid-market life-cycles.
2. Demonstrated ability to build quality code and frameworks to deliver customer and product implementations.
3. You will be expected to take ownership to develop and deliver enterprise applications within an agile environment that may include basic requirements gathering, design, implementation, documentation, deployment and maintenance.
4. Have a good understanding of agile development practices.
5. Possess excellent communications skills as you will work in close collaboration with analysts, developers, stakeholders, and end-users in support of a wide range of new and existing applications.

Requirements:
1. Create a level of abstraction, translating technical language into functional building blocks for development
2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
3. Passionate full stack developer as the development within this team is roughly 1/3 of their time on each tier: front-end, business logic and database
4. Able to take ownership and be proactive with respect to technology challenges and solutions
5. Creative and pragmatic problem solver who uses good design practices
6. A team player and able to mentor junior and intermediate developers
7. Driven with a passion for learning, creating things and for technology in general
8. Comfortable with shifting priorities to meet the needs of the customer
9. Always maintain high degree of personal and professional integrity
10. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
